   Service Announcement – July 1, 2024   

After careful consideration, RMS has recently made the difficult decision to discontinue the contract with myConcierge. The discontinuation of services will occur in phases:
 

Personal requests: For assistance with a personal request such as attraction/event tickets or support for short term travel, please contact a myConcierge team member prior to Aug. 15.
 

Business requests: Will continue to be accepted and serviced through Nov. 15. Additional information regarding the transition of business-related requests will be released by Q3 2024.

The myConcierge team looks forward to continuing to provide you with assistance during this period of service draw down.
